Trudy's Kitchen Stives to provide the highest quality home cooked food in Idaho. All of our bread and desserts are made in house and by the owner. Our ground beef is ground in house. Half Brisket, Half Top Sirloin to give it a wonderful flavor. We are known for our Rueben sandwiches; we have been cooking the corned beef the same way for over 20 years. Our Finger Steaks were in USA today. We were in the People Magazine for our "Mile High Cream Pie". If you would like to experience exceptional home cooking with a small town feel, come dine with us.
